1st : Thou shalt follow Ana and no other.
Any other weight loss program is expensive, and usually takes months before results are seen.
2nd : Thou shalt strive for perfection.
You must be perfect. Anything less is ugly and unworthy.
3rd : Thou shalt not place blame on Ana.
Ana will not cause you harm. If you faint, it is your own fault for forgetting water or vitamins.
4th : Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
You must work out every day of the week, except for Sunday. This is the day we fast, and pray to Ana.
5th : Fear thy father and thy mother.
Family, friends, and anyone who is not Pro-Ana will send you away to a "Recovery Facility" and try to make you fat. They are jealous, and cannot be trusted.
6th : Thou shalt not perish.
Death is not an option. We eat the bare minimum. Ana is an art to show bone, yet still survive.
7th : Thou shalt not consume to hunger.
Do not eat because you are hungry. Eat to survive.
8th : Thou shalt not gain fat.
Gaining weight is absolutly unacceptable. If you gain, you must fast to correct this sin.
9th : Thou shalt not binge.
Do not allow yourself to consume excesivly. This is sinful.
10th : Thou shalt not reveal.
You musnt tell anyone of your alliance with Ana. Unless they are your Ana friends, then they cannot be trusted.
